1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fry n' Fly website, game, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fry n' Fly is a Roblox restaurant roleplay experience. The Service includes the Roblox game, the website, Discord server, and associated tools and services provided by the Fry n' Fly team.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and Roblox Community Standards. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members.
  • Use unauthorized third-party software, macros, or automation tools.
  • Impersonate Fry n' Fly staff or other users.
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content.

4. Staff Applications

Submitting a staff application does not guarantee a position. The Fry n' Fly leadership team reserves the right to accept or reject any application at their sole discretion. Providing false information in an application may result in a permanent ban from the Service.

5. Virtual Property

All in-game items, currency, and ranks are virtual property owned by Fry n' Fly. They hold no real-world value and are not transferable. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual property at any time without prior notice.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fry n' Fly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
