Rank Transfer

When are you eligible for a Rank Transfer?

1. You're shown a blacklist message when you join a game. It is pointless and childish to blacklist randomly, so we don't blacklist any groups.
2. Your Roblox account age is older than three months (90 days).
3. You are willing to completely leave the group that has blacklisted us. If you join back, your rank will be revoked.
4. You must be able to join our game (we have automated systems in place to detect your rank at Freshco for us to approve if you join our game) or have any other proof that cannot be edited to prove your rank at Freshco.

How can you request a rank transfer?

You can either join our Discord Server and open a Support thread (use the category "Rank Transfer") or send an email to leadership@frynfly-restaurant.com.

Checklist to put in your ticket:

• You have already joined our game once in the last 24h.
• You put your Roblox Username in your thread / email.
• You are in our group.
• You haven't left the Freshco community until we rank you so we can validate your rank.
